BODYFITPRO SCAM HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED, NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCTS SCAM THEY STOLE $99.61 CENTS FROM MY ACCOUNT HAVE ATTEMPTED TO GET IT BACK SINCE JUNE 2007 AND NOTHING NOW THEIR NUMBER IS BUSY SALT LAKE CITY Utah

I saw the ad on the internet stating that this was "HOODIA" and it was advertised by Oprah Windfrey. I ordered the sample and never received it. Well, I frankly forgot about the product that I had requested until my bank statement showed a transaction for $99.61 cents. I immediately called the 1--800-927-2029 number and requested a refund. I informed them that I had in fact ordered the 14 day "trail" but that I had not received it and had forgotten about it until the transaction showed up on my bank statement.

Robin who answered the phone was quite ugly, stating that how would she know if I really received the product or not since their system was showing that it had been shipped and the tracking number said I had gotten it. I asked her for the tracking number which she refused to provide. I called back and spoke to another person named Roger and he said that the system showed that I had received the product and I informed him that I in fact had not. I asked him to speak to a supervisor and he said he would send in a ticket. Well, in the mean time I get this product in the mail, a big white envelope and I felt around and it felt like containers so I didn't even open it I went straight to the post office to return it. I was no longer interested in doing business with them since I had already had a run in w/Robin.

Long story short, I have been waiting to get my $99.61 cents back since June 2007. I cancelled my credit card immediately, because I figured they would continue to charge my card since they seemed strange. I don't think I will ever order anything from the internet unless they have a way for me to submit payment via money order first. Because I am never giving up my information again. Hard lesson cost me $99.61 plus my time and energy with their customer service people.
