On July 23rd you took out $99.61 from my checking account on an order I did not ask for. I called & spoke with Megan & again with Robin. I was assured the money would be refunded to my account within 10 business working days after receiving the product back. I sent the product back by US Postal with signature required. I received the information from the US Postal Service that your company had received the product.

After several weeks that passed I had not received the refund to my account. I have almost daily called your 800 number holding on the line for any where from 30 minutes to an hour & a half without being answered.

On September 21st you took out another $99.61 from my account. I did not even receive any product.

Oprah Winfrey had great reviews from your product. That is why I decided to try it. It did not work. I am contacting her to let her know what a rip off this company is. She needs to start investigating what she is promoting.

My next step is doing what this web site has stated to do. I am going to my bank and I will not say no. And if they have done this to you hopefully you have found this site as well and are going to step up for your rights.
