Boflex - Nautilus Retail Services Credit Card ripoff ElkCreek Virginia

Though buying working through financing was a great idea because the payments were $19.00 per month. Didnt realize the finance co. would charge me $18.00 monthly fin. charge, means only $1.00 goes toward prem. boflex won't take back product after 6 six weeks. It took that long to assemble 600 lb mass. Ive paid in $100.00 but my balance is higher than my first statement! There eating me alive!

Please help. I recieved a credit from Retail Services (Nautilus Inc. financing for boflex)
which told me that I had a credit limit of $1,700.00 With $1.205.00 I perchased a 600 lb boflex home gym. It took a week to arrive leaving me 5 weeks to assemble. I'm single female and not dating over 40 so this was truly a task. I finally talked my brother in law to come an assemble took him half a day! It was so heavy he could'nt move it leaving it in the middle of the floor. Well, its not such a great piece of equipment i could'nt even do a breast lift on it!

I did'nt get my statement until a full month because that's the way they opperate. My payments are $19.00 but because i like to get this behind me i sent $30.00 for three months. My most recent bill balance is $1,197.00 . Only $8.00 of my $90.00 paid in is being applied. I sent them certified mail asking about this no response. Did'nt know Beflex only gives you six weeks to send it back in original boxes. I called them someone named Eric in coustomer service told me not to send it back because they were only going to send it back to me. He also said that instead of spending $500.00 for shipping this 600 lb mass that i should apply that money to this rip off account! I tried talking to a supervisor but they put me only hold and never came back to the phone (twice). I dont know what to do please help!
