I've got my own story to share about Ogoplex. I saw the ad in Rolling Stone, and I (a little intoxicated) impulse ordered it simply because I was curious if it worked. I figured the price of ordering it once was no big deal so I didn't feel like I had much to lose.

I received it pretty quickly and started taking it. After about a month it wasn't doing anything but I was having stomach cramps every day about an hour after lunch, which was when I was taking it. I put 2 and 2 together and finally stopped taking it, and guess what: No more stomach cramps. That's not my real problem though.

(Not-so)Luckily, when the order came, I read through the booklet that came with it to look for any fine print. I read that all first time customers are entered into auto-pay which rebills you every 60 days. I thought that was really dishonest but it didn't matter much to me because I would just cancel my next order.

So I called, and a girl answered the phone. I said that I didn't want to receive any more of this product and I didn't want to be billed anymore. She put me on hold, came back 5 minutes later, asked what I needed (again), so I told her (again). She asked for my name and zipcode and said she'd take care of it. That was it. I didn't feel very secure with it because she didn't ask for any other information, but I figured surely they'd cancel the order because I called.

A few weeks later guess what happened: I got billed $59.95 and received another shipment a few days later. This infuriated me, but for some reason I thought I'd let it go that time. I had actually forgotten about it after that, but then today I checked my bank statement online. There's been another charge of $59.95 to my check card. This goes beyond most of the comments I've seen here. A lot of people are (justifiably) mad beacuse they got put on a billing program and weren't clearly informed. I was informed, I called and cancelled, and I was billed anyway.

This company is literally stealing from me. I will call and cancel AGAIN, hopefully being very clear this time. If I am charged again after that, I really don't know what steps I can take to prevent this. I am NOT paying 60 bucks of my hard earned money every 60 days for the rest of my life because these thieves won't cancel my order. This is illegal and someone needs to teach this company a lesson.
