Bondi New Yorki Lies after lies about refund bondinewyork.com/ Internet

I purchased two subscriptions and an extra box for nail polishes (2 September boxes, 1 October). The company was unable to fill all orders and claimed to have started the refund process. It was started on October 29, 2013. I never received the money back into my account. On December 19, after emailing numerous times, I was told that I must be one of the few people to not receive refunds and I should fill out a provided form to send back to them. I filled it out and sent it back to them that day, and on January 6, I received an email saying that I should be receiving a check within 7 business days. It is now February 5, I have emailed them once a week since I was supposed to receive it and have no heard back. I emailed them again today.

3/27/13: It is now March 27, more than a month later from when I received the letter to the BBB from Bondi saying to expect a refund in 10 days. There is still no refund to be seen. I have sent them more emails along with twitter direct messages and tweets, and they cannot even be bothered to respond back to me. However, they did have time to purchase and show off nail polish filling stations, advertise in NYC and tweet about it, and attempt to sell swag bags for GWWIB. I think I have given them more than enough time to rectify this, it should not be that cdifficult to refund someone.
