Bonfire, LLC Jerry Lotter SEO Ripoff - Charged my credit care with no authorization or signed contract Huntington Beach California

This company charged my credit card for close to $1600 for services that I had not signed up for or authorized.  They claimed that our company signed up for SEO services and internet keyword marketing but could not produce an signed agreement for the services, not a signed authorization to charge our card.  

When asked originally about the charges they said they would refund them immediately, 4 months later nothing.  Corresponded back and forth with Jerry Lotter and he said first that we did get the services, but after not being able to produce any proof of us signing up agreed to refund the money, that was about 8 months ago and nothing.

Finally, filed a small claims court case to get the refund and right before the case was to go in I received a call and email from the attorney for Bonfire Mr.  Anthony A. DiMonte in Pasadena, CA saying that they wanted to settle the case and repay the amount that they owed.  I agreed thinking I was dealing with an attorney now and it must be legit - big mistake.

Months later still no payment and now I am wanting to file formal charges no only against the company and Jerry Lotter, but the attorney that acted so unprofessionally.
