I was having some problems with viruses and infectons in my computer.Iam a new computer user and i chose a service that i thought would take care of my problem.
I ordered this software on August4,2004.At that time there was only a web address to contact,no mailing address or phone number. I have not yet recieved any mailings or email contact, but the money have been deducted from my bank account.
I would like my money refunded at this time.

Avoid their software at all costs, unless you REALLY want problems with your PC. It is laden with spyware and other nasty things and is almost impossible to get rid of and has been known to crash computers completely.
You would do much better with a legit anti-virus such as McAfee's or one I really like called "Quick Heal", which works great and at reasonable cost. You also need a firewall and to download Ad Aware, which scans for spyware and malware and is free.
Good luck getting your money back.
