Have made reservation for in-suite roomin hotel in Cambridge, UK (Ashtree Guesthouse). Gave debit card information to Booking.com. Received conformation. When arrived ihotel did not have hotel room with working shower. I did not agree to stay in that room.Had to find another hotel, more expensive and convinient than I need. After arriving back to uSA found unlawul charge on me checking account. Booking.com costumer service admitted that hotel did not honortheir reservation. No refund has been issued.
