I have tried since febuary to book a cruise after I paid $400.00 with this agency

They got $800 From Me - No Cruise

In June of 2014, I paid BookItravel $800 to take friends along with me on a group cruise, for a total of $800 and four (4) cabins. Tried two times to book a group cruise with them and all I got was excuses with most of the problem as my failure to comply with their Terms of Service. The second request, I complied 100% to their terms. No cruise. Had to refund money to my friends, then decided to book for just my husband and me. Got my request returned by the post office today. Unclaimed. These people are scam artists. Don't buy anything from them.
