I used to work for this company - I quit because I have a conscience and I could no longer act like a crook (like the 3 owners).

They work under the guise of a "Christian" company, so I felt pretty good about it at first, then their true colors came out. They have way too many websites in the pipeline (because they are awesome salesmen) and WILL NOT hire the people necessary to get the projects out in the time that's in the contract, and they will look for every chance to charge you more money once they've closed you. They had me hold at least 3 websites hostage for more money, because of their NOT listening to clients and understanding their needs from the beginning.

I happen to know that every company they boast about having made a website for is extremely mad at them. They may make you a beautiful website (eventually) but the process will make you insane. If you don't care about promised deadlines, or if you have extra money to spend other than the proposal they give you, or you if you like to lower your expectations about functionality and customer service JUST to get your product PLEASE contact this company. They will fulfill your expectations.

The BBB has no complaints, because they cannot put complaints out for consumers to see unless Boss responds to them. And they haven't yet. And they still have a C-. Look at the first 3 reviews on Yahoo reviews. ALL BOSS. same day even! 2-15-08! They got a little smarter in 2010 - After a couple bad reviews, they posted 5 reviews in a 3 day period to combat their suddenly negative image! Make your choice, but be smart!

This is the rudest firm I have ever dealt with. They never returned my calls and kept giving me the run around. They were also in breach of contract and stole a domain that was in my name and locked me out of it. This is a horrible company. When I kept calling they eventually stopped answering the phone. I highly recommend that you do not work with this company at all. They are incompetent and will likely be put out of business soon b/c they will not be able to afford all the lawsuits that are coming their way.

Notice the dates on these last 5 reviews?? They are posted back to back to try to cover the backside of Boss... Seems Fishy! As though Boss wrote the reviews themselves.

My review of this company is RUN!! They will promise you a product and never deliver. I worked with this company earlier this year and they stole my deposit money (thousands of dollars) and never delivered any type of website, layout or even a concept to show that they understood what we needed. We are going to take legal action against them and I would suggest that you NOT get tangled up in their smoke and mirrors routine. Their office is nice and they smile a lot - but in the end you GET NOTHING but PAY EVERYTHING! Our company still has no website and we are months delayed now with our budget sitting in Boss' bank account.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The people that work here including the owners are rude and unprofessional. After paying over $12,000 to have an e-commerce site made they created a website that did not work. The back end was non functional, the shopping cart didn't add things correctly and I had numerous broken links including those on the front page and product links. This was after they pushed the site live. If you want your business to succeed hire a company that actually knows how to make websites.
