Bottom Line Books Ellen Anne J. Customer Manager Bottom Line Books is threatening to send me books THAT I NEVER ORDERED. I don't even know how they got my address. This company is extremely shady and lying to me. I am very concerned they are going to send me these non ordered books and at that point start charging me. I need help on this matter and how to resolve this in a speedy process. Connecticut Internet

Bottom Line Books is threatening to send me books I HAVE NEVER EVER ORDERED. I do not know how this company got my personal information (ie: home address) I am extremely concerened they will start sending me books and at that point start charging me for products never ordered. I would like this issue resolved in a timely manner so I am not worrying about this anymore. Looking online at consumer reports/complaints I noticed thousands of horrible reviews and I am 100% sure this terrible company Bottom Line Books IS GOING TO SEND me books, again,  NEVER ORDERED and START CHARGING ME! I am 80 years old and on a fixed income, I just CAN NOT afford this! Please confirm my report on this matter and how I can resolve this. Thank you

Bottom Line Books I received BL Yearbook 11/20/2015. I did not order this. I returned the book unopened. I received a bill from them 12/07/2015. I emailed them this story. This is not the first time I have had this problem with them. Fraud Sending and billing for items not ordered Boone Iowa
