Oncor charges are more than 10X more than with any previous company. i was told no way to get around charges. I found a way - suck up the $250 early termination fee and go to a company that wants my business. I will recoup the $250 fee within 3 months of a lower rate so by this fall I will be ahead of the game.

Bounce is a scam living off these really high fees.
