This facility is a rip-off. While attending a bounce party at their facility, the first thing you notice is how rude they are, even to the children. The main issue with this facility is their unprofessionalism. I only attended the party, but a fellow parent became understandably upset when her child's birthday party was scheduled during an "open-play" time instead of a private party. This means that anyone from the public may come in and play during your child's party. This was bad enough, but then adults from another group landed on a very small 2 year old from our party. Though they stated they wer sorry, the owner did not say anything to the gentlemen. They were not following the safety standards that they so forcefully demand of their guests. This was unacceptable to say the least. Understandably, the family was upset. The gentleman running the place did nothing to rectify the situation. He just became snide and rude. He then proceeded to call the police as if we were holding the place up. The 3 year old's party was interrupted by a police officer who also was rude, but that is a different story. We were unable to give our side of the story and were escorted from the premises in the middle of this party. Try explaining to a bunch of kids why police are there and that you have to leave a party because some men can't calm down and watch out for kids at a "kid's" facility. They were mad because the parent wanted a refund because the party was scheduled during the wrong time. They didn't refund ANY money to the parents and we were still asked to leave in the middle of the party. Thank goodness she had only paid for 1/2. And to top it off, they lied to the policeman. Unacceptable.

Again, though this wasn't my child's party, or my child that was fallen upon, this upsets me because I had 4 children there, who are also small, and it could have been them. They think that because the child that was fallen upon was ok, this was a non-issue. On the contrary. They are LUCKY that he is ok. This place is supposed to be a safe environment for children. Granted, you might expect something like this to happen from other children who can't always follow directions. In that case, it would've been more easily overlooked. But, that was not the case. These were grown, very large men, who might have severely hurt this child, and they simply thought the easiest thing to do was ask our party to leave. All this because parents were upset. Wouldn't YOU be if this were you or your children being abused? I had my child's party here a month ago, and though something like this didn't happen, I was not happy with my experience either. The staff are incredibly rude to all the guests, including children. If a child gets into a piece of equipment or forgets to walk on this mat or that mat without shoes, they go histerical and jump all over the child, some which are small and don't know any better. I just feel they aren't professional and don't know how to handle situations such as these. Some type of restitution should have been in order, but istead, kicked out! Rediculous. I will warn anyone to stay away from this place...for your safety!!! They might mess up your party and someone get hurt!!!!!!

Again, I am not the parent of this party...only a guest to it, but the situation was unacceptable! I have spoken to the owner before, and she has always been very nice and helpful, but the person running the facility that day was completely rude. Maybe the owner should be taking care of business!!!
