Bowman heating and air conditioning called me to tell me I had to have preventative maintenance done by tgem twice a year to my goodman 3 ton package unit to keep my mfg warranty in effect. We signed up of course.  They sent a tech out here to do first PM immideiately after doing the PM my system failed to cool off my home. It was 89 degrees in my home. They came back out it was 2 lbs low on refrigerant but they couldn't find any leaks said they would have to do the dye test. 

They did come out again did test only to tell me I needed a new coil which is a 1000.00 part and I would have to pay labor of 762.00!!  They were to offer me a labor warranty within the first 60 days of owning what they installed and never did so no labor warranty I found out. 

was as discusted as my system worked just fine prior to them performing preventative maintenance so had a family member who is lic in stare if fla holding his masters and eps card come take a look. He found the leak immediately with his standard leak detector. The issue was the top brass pipe going into coil had. Even bent outward so far that it was cracked in the back. It was leaking rapidly. Bowman heating and air conditioning would not take responsibility for the damage so I'm now taking them to court for a new system plus the 400.00 repair bill plus court costs. 

Hopedully all goes well and I will have a new system with full warranty coverage both parts and labor. It to mention the repair (sitter wd) who knows how long it will last. My system was a little over a year old!!

Do Not Let Bowman Hearing and Airconditioning rip you off! Please write to the better business with any issues you have had as well!!
