Box Office Ticket Sales Pikes Peak Center Tickets- deceptive ad, lying representative Omaha Nebraska

Advertisement online led me to believe I was dealing with local box office. Was lied to about availability and price of tickets by representative. I did an online search for Blue Man Group tickets in Colorado Springs, and found this phone number at the top of the list. I phoned to purchase tickets. I was quoted $69.50 per ticket for 6 tickets. I asked about the prices I had seen online of $37.50. The representative told me that there were none available at that price, and the only way to get 6 seats together was to pay the higher price. I was sold 6 tickets for $417.00, then told there was an additional service charge of $64.64. When I arrived at the show, the section we were sitting in was less than a third full, with several completely empty rows ahead of us, both in our section, and the section below us. We were sitting in the balcony level, where seats were advertised for $37.50. There were at least a hundred empty seats closer to the stage then the seats we were told we had to pay a premium for in order to sit together. The representative lied about the price and availability of seats, and the advertising method was deceptive.
