Boyajian Boyajian attempted ripoff - it's been 3 months, why won't you talk to me Jackie?? Rutherford New Jersey

3 months ago I got a nasty letter from Boyajian, telling me I owe nearly $200 in unpaid medical bills dating back to the mid 1990s. I called one of his "specialists" (as in Special Olympics, I guess), and they demanded that I either pay it by credit card over the phone, or mail a written request for verification of debt. I opted for the latter and have heard nothing in return.

Jackie, why won't any of your experts contact me about this? Does it have something to do with a small-town Alabama newspaper (The Cleburne News) publishing a series of less-than flattering articles about your tactics? Or the fact that your claim of having offices in 28 US states is a total lie? Even your website doesn't list the physical addresses of the non-existent offices! What about the "attorney profiles" on your website? Why does nothing come up when I click on the links???? Do these attorneys actually exist, and if so, do they work for you? I'll tell you why: because the whole thing is fraudulent, the product of your drug-addicted employees' imagination.

You sicken me. You claim to have graduated from Wharton School and Rutgers Law, yet I know college dropouts who have a greater sense of business ethics that you. Your response to the Cleburne News was to threaten a lawsuit for libel, yet you forget that fact and truth are a solid defense to any "libelous" statements, which can quickly and easily be verified by attorneys general in 13 states (and counting). In effect, you are nothing more than a short, fat con artist, afraid to even show yourself in public when law officers come to your office to deliver legal documents. What a truly pitiful existence you lead.

Since you don't have the huevos to challenge me on the $200 of fabricated debt you claim that I owe, I hereby give you my permission to sell it for a few bucks to another scum-sucking junk debt buyer. I'm bored with you, and now I want to argue with someone else, hopefully of slightly better character and intelligence.
