Boyce Creative ordered report from me and paid a 50% deposit. After completion, The second half of the payment was due and promised, but wasn't paid. Instead, I was given a list of excuses. First, Mr. Ben Boyce let me know what he thought of the report, "Ok I ran into a few minor tense corrections all looks good so far I'll read the rest in the am and take care of the invoice " Payment was promised and never received. This was on 9/6/2017.

Next, I started receiving the excuses. The first had to do with the hurricaines in Florida, so I was understaning and payment was agian promised on the following Friday and not received. At this point, Mr. Boyce asked me if I was any good at sales copy...this implied he had more work for me and was satisfied with the work I provided, at this point.

The next excuse came about 14 days later after asking again for payment of the second half. He stated he had incurred a large hospital bill this time and couldn't pay me. He also stated he hired an editor to edit the ebook (never asked me to do this for him, which I would have done at no additional cost). Again, payment was promised as he asked me to give him a few days to sign a new client and then he'd pay. However, no payment was made.

Today, he gave me another excuse claiming he hired a college professor to edit my work (probably not true, but that was the exuse). Finally, after returning the email, was received a partial payment of the balance due and a nasty email, which follows:

"Yea after I paid those I had to pay for it to get edited. Honestly it was just sh*t all around. And not worth AMOUNT REMOVED period but hey you know what a deal a deal even if the work is dog sh*t. Money on the way. best of luck to you"

I don't think someone writing this type of email should be the judge of whether any content is good or bad. In addition, it's rather unprofessional and he didn't state he was going to send a partial payment. I am still waiting for the full payment and here we are 56 days later. Final payment was dup upon receipt of the ebook.

More Nasty Emails from Mr. Unprofessional

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Friday, October 27, 2017

I really don't want to continue adding to this report, but I feel that EVERY writer and EVERY person looking for SEO or any type of services offered by Boyce Creative and Ben Boyce should be well aware of what they are getting into.

The unprofessional emails just won't stop. Here's the latest:

"The e book isn’t to EXPLICIT rank for sh**. It’s to sell and provide valuable information that people love so much that they want to give me their business, I’m sorry but writing for SEO and writing something informative that make people want to purchase is totally different.  You also took way longer than my deadline and I had to get someone else to pick up what SH*** Work you gave me. All of those other things did happen but after I had 5 other people read it they said it was confusing and full of errors. Anyway I wish you the best of luck If you want to remove the ripoff report I’ll end the dispute with PayPal Otherwise I’ll be having all my money back ;) cheers"

He was satisifed with the work until I asked for the rest of the money owed, then excuse after excuse. Now, he's trying to blackmail me into removing this report by opening a PayPal dispute over the original deposit for the project.

This is a company and a person that consumers and businesses looking for marketing help should RUN from as fast as possible.

The emails Sent to me after the original report was filed

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Friday, October 27, 2017

After I filed this report, Ben Boyce of Boyce Creative showed me how professional he is by sending me these emails:

Subject Line: EXPLICIT LANGUAGE

"Hey, buddy Since you wanna be an EXPLICIT i'm just going to charge back on the money I sent you. And if you don't think I can bury a rip-off report quicker than s*it you must be mistaken, the sad part is that you don't know a lick of SEO so you will have trouble burying your that i'm going to write you. I"m going to charge back on the whole payment since you didn't provide even halfway adaquate writing.

YOU HAVE 1 CHOICE. Remove the report! or get charged back on and a report filed a gainst you! "

Subject Line: Actually EXPLICIT It

"I'm going to charge back the whole thing. You didn't complete the project anyway. Have a nice day. Keep the report on there :)"

Subject Line: BTW

"BTW I have never ever lost a pay-pal dispute!"

He filed a claim with PayPal and is trying to get the entire amoutn he paid, which wsn't the full amount (just a 50% deposit) back. I have sent these emails to PayPal.

It's never my goal to destroy someone's reputation, but when I don't get paid and I have to deal with nasty emails, I do feel it's necessary for people to know what's really going on.
