Beware! CON ARTIST! I entererd into an agreement with Leonard Woods  for him to package and do all thing necessary to secure investment funds through his investor contacts, for a business I wanted to purchase.

He said he could get the funds. We signed an agreement that said he would facilitate the funds necessary per the business plan for the purchase the business and now, he says he can not make any gurantees. I paid him a $1,500 retainer and asked for it back. He said he does not guarantee anything and now refuses to reply and wont retun the money!

BPlanning (Leonard Woods) is a real rip off who is doing bait and switch sales, committing frudulant statements to get retainer fees paid to him and, after the retainer fee, is very incompetent, does not comprehending numbers, does not remember conversations, forgets to update spreadsheets per conversation and email messages and I believe, he is someone who is mentally incompetentand ripping people off after doing business with him.

I am suing him in small claims court to get my retainer back.
