Subject: BEWARE OF CON-ARTIST BRAD TAYLOR!!!
Review: I searched around for the best quote to ship my Van from CA to SC and received an email and call from (Broker) BRAD TAYLOR **ALL STAR DIRECT AUTO** stating that he was offering a 2013 end of the Year Special for the low cost of $799.00. He then asked that I pay a deposit of $299.00. I then went to Brad's All Star Auto Transporters website and clicked on (About Us) It read "All Star Direct Auto Shippers prides itself on excellent service. We don't play games. No Hidden Fees" This advertisement is totally FALSE. on Brad's Home page it clearly states that All Star have built their reputation around safe delivery, honest prices, true courteous sales and service support. This statement again is very FALSE!!
I gave Brad the $299.00 deposit and a month later I called to verify that we were still on with a late January pickup? He acted as if it were the fist time he had heard of my expected pickup date. He then called me back" ranting and raving that the weather was bad on the east coast and that no driver wanted to Kill themselves transporting my van." About 3 days later he called and left a message stating that he had found a driver and that I must call him back ASAP. I was very excited when I received his call, however he then stated that when I received my car via the carrier, I must give him the remainder of the money owed which would be $799.00. He responded by saying the driver went up on the price. What he had done was give me a quote prior to finding a carrier. When he should have found a carrier prior to giving me a quote. I responded by saying " Oh you mean $500.00 because I had already given him $299.00. I then went on to say that I was a single mother and could not pay an additional $300.00 since it had already cost me $3500.00 to ship my furniture. Brad then responded by saying " I don't give a dam if your a single mother" I then told him that his services would no longer be needed because he was a rude unscrupulous liar and that I wanted my deposit back. He yelled you will not be getting it back and hung the phone up. I called back and he yelled and hung up again. Brad had given me access to a secure link to view my original quote which was http://www.jtracker.com/external/view/quote?, however he had the ability to go back in and increase the quote from $799.00 to $1099 post our latest conversation.
I then had Wells Fargo reverse the charges. However a month later post my relocation when my funds were quite limited the $299.00 again was taken from my account. Brad Taylor had informed the Bank (VISA) that my security deposit was NON- Refundable.
I then made another attempt to speak with Brad, and as soon as I told him who I was he hung the phone up on me. I called him again and he just let my call go to his voicemail.
I try to live my life by doing the right thing, so I must say the way that Brad Taylor **All Star Auto Transporters treated me was very hurtful. What Brad Taylor does not realize is that he should never mess with " A CHILD OF GOD" BRAD TAYLOR will get everything that HE SO DESERVES!!!

Don't use this company!

AUTHOR: John - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 16, 2014

I had a very similar experience with this company.  I agreed to their services to ship a car across several states.  They kept giving me dates that the car would be picked up and delivered, but it never happened.  In the end they could not give me a definitive date that the service would occur and just kept stringing me along.  I cancelled the service and thought I would get my deposit refunded.  They did not refund the deposit and also hung up on me when I called to discuss the matter.  Then they wouldn't even answer the phone.  Nothing on their website or quotes for service state the deposit is not refundable.

I was very unhappy with the service and would not recommend this company.  Save yourself the grief of dealing with this type of service provider.

The company is listed online as All Star Direct Auto Shipping.

The rudest individual, with no consience and respect for people

AUTHOR: Daho - ()

POSTED: Friday, May 30, 2014

This individual Brad Taylor thinks of himself and his company All Star Direct shipping as above the law.  He runs his business without regards to his clients.  In short he is a big time con artist a liar, cheat and a thief, sooner or later the law will catch up with him.  This guy Brad runs a business involved in car transportation and because he deals with people mostly online he thinks he can just scam and con hard working Americans and get away with it.  I arranged with this individual to ship my car from las Vegas to Richmond CA and got a quote for $399.00 and a shipping time frame of approximately 4 days.  This individual's company charged my bank account $299 down payment and promised to ship the car as arranged.

A week went by and the car was still sitting in my drive way.  I called Brad's company and they were full of pathetic excuses why they couldn't ship my car.  This time around they promised in a couple more days they will ship the car.  Another week went by still no answer from these con artists.  I called again and as usual the lady incharge Lisa Connor was full of excuses.  This time she promised the car would be picked up in the following week.  The third week came by and still no answer from Con artist Brad and his crew.  I called the office later this third week and demanded to know why my car was not picked up as initially arranged and I explained to Brad's staff lisa that I was running out of time and patience because my car needed to be shipped out of the country from California.

At this point Lisa told me that they found a company to ship my car but this time the charge was $599 so I asked her what happend to the $399 quote we initially agreed on.  She told me Pretty much that I had no other option because no body was willing to ship my car.  I called again and Con artist Brad said thesame thing that no one in the whole US was willing to ship my car, so I asked their office to cancel any prior arrangement I had with them because they had not kept to their promise and that I found a company that was willing to ship my car in two days and for less than they were charging ($599).

I asked for the transaction to be cancelled and my money returned to my bank account.  The staff Lisa Connor agreed to cancel the transaction and said it might take up to a week before I got my money back.  I said no probem as long as I got my money back.  I had arranged with this new shipping company to pick up my car on saturday at (900AM).  Exactly at 9:00 AM a pick up truck showed up at my drive way and I assumed it is the company I arranged with for pick up.  The paper work didn't indicate the loading truck was related to Con artist Brad Taylor's company all star direct shipping so I released my car thinking it was the second company I had arranged with.

Two hours later the company I signed up with called me and requested if I was home to pick up my car.  I was confused and shocked why they were asking me because I assumed I already signed away my car to them.  Come to find out all star direct shipping was the one that sent its carrier to pick up my car without my knowing or acknowledgment.  To cut the long story short I called Con artist Brad and he said my transaction was never cancelled and that the contract is never void so I owe his company and I could do what ever I wanted there was no refund or settlement coming my way.

Pretty much what con artist Brad taylor was saying was that I just got screwed in the rear end.  I tried to get more reasoning from this lunatic but realised our conversation was going no where.  I called the following tuesday and spoke with Con artist Brad and lisa and as usual they hung up the phone on me several times and made threats if I shoud dare call again.  So my next course of action is the legal route.  It is better dealing with animals like these in a court of law.  This is more about fair business trade, integrity and respect for people.

I am putting together a legal team to go after this company all star direct shipping and con artist Brad Taylor.  When I posted on the comany's review page Brad taylor and his staff said they have not had any recent disgreement with any their clients so my negative review would be pulled out.  When I submitted tdocument for our initial transaction the review company decided to reinstate my review.  I have had many calls and emails to pursue this matter with different arbitration entities and that is what I am currently pursueing.
