I came across Brad Wozny's 8 Figure Empire Real Estate Investment System and company early August 2008. I heard him on a real estate investment conference call. I went to his site, downloaded his free 'manifesto' (free report). I later attended his webinar and then got a call from his sales rep Rowdy Harris. I bought his $1997 home study course from Rowdy. The dvds are mostly webinar recordings of other real estate 'gurus' pitching their programs for over a thousand dollars each: web site builder guy, asset protection guy, unsecured biz credit guy, his girlfriend that's a motivational speaker, market analysis computer program guy, ... Brad get's $$ if you buy any of that stuff.

Honestly, his free 'manifesto' free report you can download from his site is all you need from them. He adds little value beyond that for his price of roughly $2k for his home study stuff.

I was pitched by his sales rep Rowdy Harris for Brad's 3 day boot camp for $5997 in Vail, CO September 2008 after about a month of working with them. Rowdy promised me and the other 7 people that attended that we would be doing deals at the event which they would be providing to assign to investor buyers worth at least $4500 and up to $25,000 on site. Rowdy knew I did not have any investor buyers or prospective investor buyers at all at that point so for Rowdy to promise me that I would make $4500 - $25,000 at that event was a big claim.

Funny thing was that Rowdy Harris sold himself on the phone as being a consultant. At the Vail event on the last day he told his story which was he bought his first house at 19 years old and he is now roughly 26 years old. He told us he bought them the wrong way and recently went bankrupt!!! This was the guy that was acting like he knew what the hell he was doing over the phone to sell us the program!!! He said he needed a job so he found Brad and Brad hired him to sell his program!!

We did not do deals at the event. Brad showed us leads on the projector which were random leads off of a general forum that other investors had under contract and wanted to assign to another investor buyer.

Brad is very smooth and cunning. He had unbreakable fine print which after the event closed he was untouchable legally for not doing deals with us at the event.

His website and emails marketing the event stated "do deals on site". After 5 of the 7 attendees emailed him after the event about not doing deals and asked him for a refund or to actually do deals with us as promised he shot back his legal disclaimers stating that he never promised to do deals with us. He stated it was our fault for not doing the deals he gave us at the event. The 'deals' were crap leads you could find anywhere that exists in the world: internet REI forums, the sunday paper, etc. It was marketed as being pre-qualified real deals (not leads) that had enough profit to assign them for at least $4500 and they would provide the deals (not roughly 20 crap leads) and the buyers. We would put them under contract and assign them to the buyers he had access to.

I lost roughly $7000 for attending his boot camp for his fee and my travel expenses.

Stay away from Brad Wozny, Rowdy Harris and their 8 Figure Empire scheme.

Ok, so Mr. Perryville - Besides the fact that  your replies violate the RipOffReport spam policy, as you've been feverishly trying to retract your initial Ripoff situation ..... it seems VE-E-E-R-R-RY suspicious how you are reversing your course.

Maybe they paid you to retract your comments?

I believe your initial posting far more thann your silly follow-up comments. nice try tho!

Seems Suspicious

I was looking into this person Brad Wozny and found he owns 55 domains and operates under the company name Georgian Empire Management, Inc

It is amusing that one of their sites says "the information superhighway is littered with too much useless and even overly expensive real estate investment information." Than why do they need so many sites?

Actually, everything was as promised at the event. I wrote this post just after attending the event and was very upset because I thought I was getting ripped offed and was sold a bill of goods that they did not deliver on, but in fact what they gave us was what was promised.

Their program is what they said it would be.

All is well with them. I misinterpreted what I thought the event was going to be.

I posted this report just after the event in an emotional rage because I thought I was promised deals that we would be doing at the event. That was my mistake.

As I look back as to what the event was being stated as being I can see that what they stated would be done at the event was done.

Rowdy may not have gone bankrupt personally, but I think he stated at the event a business he was involved with before may have so that is why I wrote that and I also retract that statement as well.

I've contacted the administrator of this web site to take down my posting here and if they don't that is why I am writing this message to let everyone know that it was not a scam.

thanks.

Retraction of this report

AUTHOR: Disgruntled customer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 08, 2008

I wrote this report just after I attended the event and was emotionally upset thinking that I was taken advantage of.

After reviewing what was given at the event and what I was promised I see that I was mistaken and what they promised was actually given.

I posted this report. I am retracting my statements.

I've contacted the administrator of this website and requested they take down this article.

I realize now that it was not a scam. Iwrote this post just after the event in an emotional rage because I thought I was scammed.

After looking back at what they said and what they promised I can see that I was wrong in thinking that we would be doing deals at the event.

All the rest of the information is retracted as well.

thanks.

I was misinformed

POSTED: Friday, October 03, 2008

Their system is fine. I was mistaken when I thought they were providing us deals on the spot.

It was my misinterpration of what the event was going to be.

Good enough content was given by what they marketed and stated the event was going to be.

thanks.
