Dear Rip-off report, this smear campaign was lanched against me in sept this has just come to my attention the following was response to the BBB complaint. And the BBB removed the complainant it was retracted after further review has the same applies here. Please read fully and understand our contract contains provision for cancellation but Mr. B*******  choose not to follow the terms of the agreement and resorted to manipulative and unsavory tactics to get his way.  This matter is almost settled but this needs to be addressed.

 Dear BBB, I received your letter in the mail I felt the need to Clarify some facts because I believe the report is distorted. I have been working with Mr. B******* to complete this project however Mr. B****** has been manipulating the facts to exaggerate and pressure me. First we must establish the timeline facts. although we started the process in 11-13, it was put on hold due to the extreme winter last winter we restarted the project last may got the permits To meet village requirements  revisions had to be made to the design and additional requirements had to be meet before we received permits which we did in July. so the project has only been active in production for about 10 to 12 weeks. Due to the consistent pressure from Mr. B******   this complaint included. It has made the project all the more difficult to complete. I now have to replace a subcontractor to finish this job. He has smeared and distorted and pushed to an extreme. Called anyone and everyone to tell them how terrible I was. resorted to blowing up my phones, voicemails, texts and emails all hours of the day, night and weekends and used prophanity, intimidation and even cyber-stalked my wife. While threatened to do the same with my daughter. We had to file a police report to get the harassment to stop. because it had trespassed to criminal extent. after the police intervention Mr. B****** contacts have returned to proper levels of contact and we are working on complete his project soon. Please realize that due to the size and scope of this project it is estimated to 8 to 12 weeks average from the time of issuances and approvals of the permits. That is the Normal time frame. with no complications. This is a little behind but not extremely like Mr. B****** is trying to portray. And all the hassle has only made it more difficult to complete. Trust me I want to complete this as much as Mr. B****** does and I am very frustrated that he has tried to demonize me and my business this way. I can provide proof of the Police matter and text and email if you need verification.
