Bragada shipped me two mattresses and a split-king bed. The mattresses were described by Bragada as being 18 & 1/2 inches high, with many very desirable luxury features, that were described as having unsurpassed luxury attributed to the very highest qualities & many Exclusive Design Features that made the Mattresses world class, second to none. Instead of the 18 1/2 inch high mattresses, they measured only 15 inches high. They were poor quality and trying to sleep on them was a horrible experience of troughing and high body heat causing profuse sweating,very frequent awakenings,  and being  unbearably uncomfortable, enough so that getting a good night of rest was impossible. I notified Bragada right away, informing them about their having shipped me the wrong mattresses and describing our bad sleep experience using their bed. I thought Bragada would quickly correct their mistake, but no, Bragada did not do anything. Bragada also never would set their "no help" decision in writing to me. Bragada would not admit they sent me the wromg order, and despite my letters, telephone calls, and emails, Bragada still has not done anything. Bragada reported to me by telephone ,Mike Esolen, that their "Board" had decided to do nothing for me, telling me the decision to do  nothing was final and there was nothing I could do to change their decision. I received Statements from 2 people, and also one Mattress Store Manager stating they had measured the mattresses and they measured 15 Inches high. Bragada dismissed these statements as not being right. They also ignored color pictures of the mattresses showing a man holding a professional quality measuring stick showing that the mattresses measured only 15 inches high. I have tried my best to get Bragada to help, but they have refused  me. After much disappointment at the attitude of Bragada, I demanded Bragada take back the bed, cancel the order and get their worthless to me stuff out of my home. Bragada has not answered my requests to cancel. I contacted the Attorney Generals of both Florida and New York. Bragada refused to respond to an inquiry by the Florida Attorney General,but answered an inquiry from the New York Attorney General, but not truthfully,  trying to blame  me for their indifference to my calls to them for help. Bragada charged me $5502.26 for their bed set, $752.26 down payment and $4750.00 they set up for me to pay them at zero interest for 1 year, but  calling for 22% deferred interest if I do not pay the balance in full within 1 year. Recently Bragada sent me a Statement showing a balance of $4750.00 and $1002.20 deferred interest. I have no intention of ever paying Bragada anything ever. I am a Disabled American Veteran, rated 100% disabled by the Veterans Adminisrtration. I am 82 years old, and on a fixed income. I cannot afford to throw my little money to Bragada to pay for something I did not order that is useless to me. I do not know whether Mr. Vincent Simmons, President of Bragada, will live up to his promise of 100% customer satisfaction or not. I am still trying, but my hopes are dimming. I have come to the conclusion that Bragada is ripping off all customers they can snare with their empty promises and misrepresentations of and lies about their products. I do not plan to do any more business with Bragada, but I still hope that Mr. Simmons will come to my rescue.
