Braiding House Rip off and not true to what they say posted on the mirrors Baltimore Maryland

Well i went to the shop because it was a nice shop. Upon my arrival there was a lady(pregnant) who made and appointment prior to her coming. Well when she got there they had over booked appointments, and she ended up waiting for aleast 1 hour or more, and she was upset. Well the young lady walked me around to someone that were getting micro-braids and I told her I wanted that size, and she ok that's what you will get. So she started my hair and about 2hrs later to other ladies came in and finished the job. Well I know they started talking in french how thick my hair was, so I told them don't try to take the easy way out by doing them large and they laughed, Seeing the posted note on the wall, "If you are not satisfied well will re-do for you". So as I proceeded to walk to the manager and said so it's going to be cheaper or will you re-do it, she said no the price is still $220.00, then while my little sister waited I asked her what was the owner's name, and when will she be in.
So I called and come to find out the owner was the one that actually to me around and started my braids, the owner expressed how sorry she was and told me she would give me a discount once, I came to get them done again, and she (the owner) told me she would speak to the manager and the two (contracted ladies) who completed the job. Well I told her she should never have anyone began there hair without introducing them to the clients because she (the owner) left before my hair was complete. So I called when I wanted my hair redone since they took the shortcut...I told the owner the (contracted) ladies told me if they did my hair as small I wanted, they would be there all night and I told them I paid and asked for micro-braids...again the owner told me she would re-do my hair for me whenever I get ready.. So I called 1 month later like she said because she asked how long do I usually keep them in, and I told her 1 month..Well the owner told me she will only give me $40.00 bucks off of the shabby short-cut job that was done on my hair the owner proceeds to tell me that she still would have to pay the contracted people to braid my hair and that's the best she could do. This was not what I expected to happen, she basically said she can't afford to let me get my hair done any cheaper than $40.00 off....I told her that wasn't right and I will never come or refer anyone to them because there notes on the mirror is a big LIE...................DO NOT GO TO BRAIDING HOUSE IN THE SECURITY MALL, BALTIMORE.
