Received a defective TV. They say on their website free returns. Contacted company several times and offered to charge a TV to my card so they could send one and as it was delivered pick up the defective one. No response to calle or emails. Filed claim with paypal due to no response. They agreed to ship TV back for free. Later they claimed the company tried to pick up the TV but I refused.

I provided the phone number and specific names of the 2 employees I spoke to that said "corporate" cancelled the pick up. After numerous emails and phone calles with no response ... payapal stepped in and the guy said the TV would get picked up. Two weeks later I still have a defective TV. This company seems to be an offshoot of Sam's Club as many people have noted the TV's have a Sam's label on them. I've noticed several negative complaints recently so maybe someone incompetent just took over there.
