This report is completely false I have never sold anyone a laptop yet. This accusation was written by a company called BrandRevitalize that claims that they are involved in ORM, or Online Reputation Management.
BrandRevitalize wrote this complaint on this site and then sent this email to me:
Hello,
Hope you're well. My name is Samuel Dustin and I am an Online Reputation
Management (ORM) Consultant at BrandRevitalize. I was performing a search
in Google for your product and noticed that your company, along with other
companies, has a listing on ripoffreport.com.

Having a listing on ripoffreport.com that can show up on the first page of
Google for a search for your company name can be devastating to your
business. Nothing is more frustrating than working hard to build rapport
with a potential client, only to lose the deal when they Google your
company name.
I'm writing in hopes of arranging a time to discuss your needs as they
relate to ORM and effective online branding, so I can advise you on the
best way to bury those libelous complaints while at the same time securing
good rankings in Google. Do you have time available for a quick discussion
today or tomorrow? I do not have your phone number, but you are always
welcome to contact me directly on 1-877-878-4108 at your convenience.
You can also visit our site and see for yourself how we can MONITOR your
online reputation, DEFEND it from further attacks, and IMPROVE your search
engine rankings for maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

This company has a great business plan they bash you on the internet and then extort you for money to clear your name. I plan on taking every action I can to hopefully prevent this from happening to other small start up companies.
