Brandon Gabriel, alleged attorney Total scam artist, Do Not Fall For It!!!! sacramento area California

After successfully applying for an online payday loan I began receiving phonecalls from a 916 phone number. When I finally answered the phone, a man with an accent claiming he was from the state attorneys office told me I had a felony warrant for my arrest. When I asked for the case number of this alleged felony charge he told me I was not entitled to it, and if I didn't want a warrant issued for my arrest I needed to pay off my fines. When I asked for an account number I was told that a warrant would be issued for me to be arrested at my place of employment. I told the man on to do what he needed to then and not to call me anymore. He said "F--- You!" and hung up on me. He then called me back and told me that I would have all five of my children taken away (I don't have five children so I have no idea where he came up with this number...) After hanging up the phone I googled the phone number to find that I was not the only person this con-man tried to swindle money from. Be informed and always double check whos calling alleging to be and official of any court.
