Placed order @ 5:15am EST - received confirmation notice that shipping would be $154.95 - called them @ 5:47Am EST(same day) to tell them to cancel order due to excessive shipping cost - was told I could not cancel - asked for Mgr. - was told he was not in - asked for his name/phone number - left voice mail and sent e-mail to Mgr. requesting cancellation of order within one (1) hour of placing order - was sent a Order Number - sent repeated e-mail requests (9) to cancel order (within two days) by using their order number and was sent one (1)  tracking number - called FedEx and asked that they cancel the pickup using that tracking number - received two of three pkgs at my door in FL because I was never informed by Brands on Sale that there were three (3) tracking numbers/pkgs. involved - FedEx had cancelled the pickup for the original tracking number provided - returned these two (2) pkgs unopened via FedEx and received confirmation that they had arrived @ Brands on Sale - have called them to have Mgr. issue a FULL credit to my credit card - was told Mgr was not in but would be in 20 minutes - was told he would call me - guess what - no call - have reported all pertinent information to Credit Card company - still waiting for some satisfaction - No where online do they state the conditions of their sale/return policy/restocking fees/cancellation policy/etc. etc. - They need to be reported and fined severely, perhaps put out of business for consumer misrepresentation/fraud. I've never heard of any company where you could not cancel an order - especially within one (1) hour of placing the order - order had never left their property.
