Brandy Nicole Woolums has been participating in online Facebook ‘walls’ that deal in buying, selling and trading horse tack. Various users were commenting stating that they had paid for something she was selling through Paypal only to never receive their item…or they had a one sided trade, meaning Brandy got the item sent to her but never shipped hers. She does it by asking you to send the money as a "gift" via Paypal then uses the excuse/sob story that her young daughter needs all the money she can get. Doing it this way escapes the sellers’ fee. But when you do it as a gift, you don't have any protection from the Paypal security/scam services. 

She lives at 1728 Birchwood Street #3, Delavan, WI  53115. She was born in 1986 and 6 feet tall. She is originally from Skandia, MI. She has a young daughter, who may have the last name "Blum." Woolums commonly uses aliases, which have in the past included Jade, Brandy Nicole, Brandi / Brandie Williams, Nikki Knight and Nichole O'Connor. Her online aliases are too many to list

Brandy was recently involved in a lawsuit where it appears she "bought" horses, never actually finished paying for them, and was attempting to resell them. Brandy may also be involved in welfare fraud. I can't confirm this, but it is reported that she was convicted of fraud and animal cruelty in Illinois. She has been evicted from at least one boarding facility and at least one apartment building for non-payment of rent. Brandy also secretly bred her stallion to someones mare without permission and later tried to sell the foal up from under the owner. Many people have reported that Brandy has been kicked out of boarding facilities and trying to steal belongings on her way out. She is known for not paying her board.

Woolums has owned, and may still own, the brown AQHA filly Eyed Be Smokin Smart, barn name Cinder or Cinders.
