If NO STARS was an option that would have been my pick. BILL and his wife Helen are complete and utter LIARS. Bill came out to clean my carpeting which was WOOL and Masland. They RUINED all the carpeting in my home that they cleaned by bleaching it. We have pets and they urinate on the carpeting from time to time so we thought by spending $901.00 and having BILL clean the carpeting with CHEM DRY methodology we could help to remove any pet stains/smell on the carpeting. They had cleaned it before and on the second visit, whatever chemicals they put down BLEACHED and ruined the carpeting. I notified them within an hour of when they left. Bill came back and agreed that he BLEACHED the carpeting and stated he would do whatever it took.

They have not only DONE NOTHING and its been over a week and a half, they have refused to refund my monies paid despite all repeated requests. I asked them to NOT cash my check and they did anyway and lied about it. I have never seen such a poor excuse for a company. I called Chem Dry corporate and they stated that Bill should have told me up front that his solutions had the potential to bleach my carpeting yet he DID NOT or I would not have had it done. I am out thousands of dollars and they have done NOTHING to help the situation. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Just look at the damages done to my carpeting IN MY GOOGLE REVIEW. In one photo, my carpet was BLACK. The other carpeting was light beige. Now it's ruined.
