I got charged for a premium membership when I signed up for $1 dollar membership, what happened is I that I signed up and cancel on the same day Aug 14 (I got and email to prove that) then today I got a message that I'm charged for the premium account so I call them to cancel, then they say that I had created 2 accounts and that there was nothing he can do, so no refund but he can give me one month for free, I did not accept of course and then the guy left the conversation.
