BRC Restoration Safety Harbor John Crist RIP OFF ARTIST WITH GOOD LAWYERS AND PAID OFF JUDGES Safety Harbor Florida

BRC Safety Harbor is group of rip off artists who have good lawyers and know how to pay off judges in Florida.  My guess is that the Judge gets a 25% cut of the action.  In my case, BRC walked off the job. They had over inflated costs of construction by inflating the amount and cost of materials used and other neat tricks like parting out costs of a window that they purchased whole.  Nothing like billing for non-existant "Special Frames".  In one case, "Drywall" they had billed for enough drywall for a 5,000 square foot house.  Mine was 1,300.  They billed for a "foreman" who wasn't there. I was really shocked when John Crist testified in Court that his foreman had been at the job-site every day in August. No one was there! The house sat for weeks with no work being done at all.  I would be standing in my unfinish house talking to the man on the phone as he lied that he was in my home doing this or that.  They walked off the Job and then a few weeks before Christmas filed a lawsuit for the entire amount of their contract.  They didn't even complete wiring or plumbing.  The gas lines were completely useless.  The entire job was a cheep con. In the end even their own discovery showed that I didn't owe them a dime. Yet, the Judge ruled against me.  He must of really needed money for his reelection or a new boat.  I still have all the accounting documentation showing how they ripped me off.  No one would listen. I sent copies the the Florida Attorney General. She never returned my calls.  These "restoration specialist" are nothing but a bunch of con artists, liars and theives. 

Oh and the so called specialist who was supposed to restore my antiques, destroyed any value of them. 200 year old oak chairs were returned in pieces, stripped, stained and covered in polyurethane.  Other pieces were stripped of their lacquer and destroyed.  If I see any of their cars near where I live now, I will alert law enforcement.  These folks are out for money and nothing to do with restoring anything to you as a fire victim.

Oh, the insurance adjuster hired by the Insurance company told me that "I had to use BRC because they were the Preferred contractor my insurance company uses"  I later learned that the adjusted was in on the Con as the insurance company never heard of BRC before my loss. 

Needless to say, I lost a $225,000 home  to these @#$%^&*.  I know that BRC bought the place. I think one of John Crist's sons is living in it. Only a mile or so to the beach.
