Breadstreet.com David Kent SCAM internet

Breadstreet.com is an unethical business run by David Kent. For 2 years now, the company and I have had been at odds on services that were never  rendered after payment was made. Their contractual agreement will keep you from ever seeing a dime after they take your money and you do not get what you paid for.

The company claims to have a database of investors, but I later find out the company has no such list, and is cold calling prospects just prior to a call from me to discuss a high quality private placement.

My disagreements were eventually heard in arbitration and I was awarded a judgement against Breadstreet.com . Payments have come to me for the past 6 months, but have ceased recently as the company continues to avoid honoring a judgement
where $1600 is still due to me.

You should avoid using this service at all costs as the company is a complete sham and about as unethical as I have ever come across in my 20 years in the investment industry...
