I ordered a projector from this company over eBay. They shipped the projector in its retail box, with nothing to cover the product, and they didn't even tape the box shut! It arrived open and missing and when I contacted the company rep, Troy Hough, instead of taking responsibility for his mistake or even attempting to help me with my situation, he chose to accuse me of theft and threaten me. He refused to provide me with any of the information I requested and continued to dismiss my claim. At first I thought that someone in FedEx took it, but after all the accusations and dismissal I feel that the seller may be the one who scammed me.

Although you're never 100% sure of an Ebay sellers integrity beyond their rating, I personally look for companies like Troy's that have a track record of over 99% customer satisfaction to help me gage a potential purchase. Troy has almost 5000 possitive transactions to only 4 negitive ones. In the world of ebay that screams loudly that you can trust Troy.
As a pastor of a church here in Simi Valley California I have to make wise decisions with God's money. When spending $5000 for two church auditorium projector's you want to do your home work and get it right.
Troy and his company, Brickenridge computers was definatly the correct choice.
We purchased two refurbished SH960 Benq projector's that came fully protected in factory packaging provided by Benq for shipping purchases. The styrofoam cage held the projector's firmly in place with no shipping issues whatsoever.
Although we did have one small issue with the HDMI connector not working correctly, Troy contacted Benq and received a prompt Fedex mailer lable to send the projector to a factory authorized repair shop here in Southern California and it was returned to me within days, ready to be used for our church services.
I was not asked to help in the cost of shipping the projector to and from the repair shop. Troy was beyond merely prompt; he was actually super fast in taking care of our issue. Troy's communication was second to none and I'm so glad to let others know of Troy's commitment to excellence in sales and service.
I highly recommend Troy as an honest and very helpful seller.
When trying to decide on a purchase for your next projector, please remember I'm just one of almost 5000 satisfied customers that's also glad I purchased from Troy.
