Brenda Ames called us to look at her swimming pool controls, specifically a spa side remote.  When we arrived she told the technician they have had several other people out trying to work on it prior to us. Our technician determined the line was broken under the ground and would need to be abandoned.  Brenda Ames asked for other options which we provided.  Brenda asked for a quote on weekly swimming pool service as well. 

We quoted her and she immediately signed up for our weekly service.  The pool automation controls they had decided to abandon the spa side remote and install a new mother board and iphone app with wifi transceiver.  We ordered the items and contacted Brenda later in the week to schedule the installation.   We had our weekly pool service technician call the morning of the first visit and Brenda stated they hired someone else.  WTF.  So, in turn we cancelled her automation repair. 

This woman clearly has no loyalty and called everyone in town.  F YOU, she turns around and maligns our company online with a 1 star review.  Claims bait and switch.  Oh, you mean like you Brenda Ames who hired us to do your weekly pool service then found someone else to bait us into doing your pool automation upgrade?? 

What a nasty wrinkled old hag, miserable clearly besmirching hard working companies online because you don't get your way.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, are not beholden to you and owe you NOTHING!  HAG
