I have been threatened by this scam of a company stating that if I don't take care of this-it is a felony because i bounced two checks across state lines. This is BS..they attached my bank account and could not get funds. I had made arrangements for this month with Steven Eaton and he had cleared it with some attorney there. I was told to call in with my credit card info. Then I receive a call from a Michael Lewis..stating this crap. They call and don't give me an address, they have not sent me anything regarding this matter, and FINALLY have given me a name of the company. They need to be shut down

You wrote bad checks I am correct?? If this is indeed the situation then you are lucky you are not in JAIL - Writing a bad check is a crime period (depending on the statute of limitations in the states you wrote these checks)
Can you please be more specific on the dates these checks were written
