I researched the companies and got to the same point as you in the process until I saw this site. I went to the National Lotto's site again and saw the security tips posted on their web page. They informed people that if they are asked to pay an upfront fee to obtain any or all their earnings then it is not a true lotto company because such a thing does not exist. I decided to report them to the United States FCC and the Internatonal Chamber of Comerce(ICC). I recomend you to save any emails and send them to a lawyer if you can and send them to the FCC or ICC and notify them that you are a victim and that you as well as others gave up vital information about youself. Because of the info that this person or these people have you will more than likely have your identity stolen, so keep an eye out for suspicious financial or credit changes. I would suggest signing up for some kind of identity protection service.
