Brian Nels Peterson and Mark Walker both claim to be the owner of Terra Finance or Terra International in Southern California, but not co-owners.  Whether there is only one owner or they are co-owners in anybody's guess.

Mark Walker is surfing the internet looking for people to con and scam for his business and venture capital deals.  He has profiles all over the internet that can be found by doing a search.  He particularily looks for unsuspecting females who he believes he can coax into making investments in his shady business deals that never pay off. 

He was the one who contacted me.  After a few online conversations I felt something wasn't copacetic with him and fortunately I was right.  After doing a thorough check, all of his own business deals have been a bust.  Fortunately, I didn't end up as another one of his victims. 

If anyone comes in contact with this individual, beware because he is only going to set you up to lose whatever amount of money you give to him.  It's nothing more than a con and a scam with him.
