I spoke to an agent hoping it was a Comcast agent but it's actually Bridgevine and they promise me that I will only pay a 1 time fee of $49.99 for a professional intallation, but when the technician came, he showed me that all together, the intallation cost is about $178.00. This is rediculous and I hope this company (Bridgevine) should be responsible for misleading the consumer. And to make things worse, all of my order are all messed up! No DVR,No HD etc etcetc.....This is Bad!!!! I will dedicate all my time to get this to the right authorities.... Mark my word....My next stop will be Channel 7, consumer Advocate, BBB etc etc.. you name it, you'll get it!!!
