Bright horizons at Giralda farms Not a daycare to leave your children at unprofessional teachers Madison New Jersey

 This daycare center has very unprofessional teachers working in their facility. I have seen children crying all day long because they do not feel comfortable with their caregivers, and the children that cry all day long because they are not happy where they are are not comforted by their caregivers, in the toddler component I have seen children cry and cry and cry and teachers ignore them and get frustrated, eyes rolled and not paid attention to . I have seen children being forced to sit into chairs, a teacher rachel I witnessed pushing a little boy into his chair repeatedly when he did not what to sit at the table because she was noting things in the iPad. I have witnessed a teacher playing on Facebook on the iPad when she was supposed to be watching and interacting with the children. I have also witnessed Rachel raising her voice to numerous children because they are crying. Rachel's entire class cries constantly and there is no comfort, she has said her classroom is crazy town. I feel that is very unprofessional. Also a teacher Shannon always talks about her social life, unprofessionally infront of the children she doesn't pay any attention to the children and has an attitude towards others. I would not recommend this school to anyone. The management doesn't handle things appropriately, Let's major things slide and doesn't treat their staff well.
