Contracted with BIL in September 2017 and they immediately took 2 payments from  my credit card for  $1300 before I ever received anything from them.  Upon receipt of the veneers I called them to have the veneers adjusted.  They were too big - sent them back - received again too big - sent them back and this went on for the next several months.

  I spoke to Laurie Hall and explained the problem numerous times but to no avail.It is now one year later, I am out $1300 and I was told that I could not send them back anymore - my time has run out. 

So the company has made money on me and they refuse any kind of negotiation to refund all or any portion of my money.  In short I feel I was SCAMMED.  So I made a donation to Mr. Watson and his employees.
