..in a sense. they can get away with the "false" part because they have terms and charges hidden in the "fine print"..so perhaps those charges are subjective.

However, there is no doubt, deception is being used to defraud people from their hard earned money. They are walking the line of legality, and clearly crossing any ethical lines.

So even though "legally" it can be considered that you did on fact authorize or "give permission" to charge the account...if you can prove to the bank this was done with deception and fraud, they will most likely reverse the charges.

Did you use any of my suggestions with the printouts?

That claim (as well as 100% money back guarantee), is ALWAYS a major red light.

Once you submit account information, you are usually authorizing a charge or membership that is somewhere in the fine print. If something is truly "free", then they do not need my account information. If they claim it is for shipping, well..if the product is that good let them pay for shipping, if I like the product I will then order if I choose.

The best thing to do is research a company before submitting account information. The internet allows us to do this is SECONDS. For example I googled the web address you left on this report...which is wrong by the way.

It is actually (brightwhites com, not brightwhite com)

Entered that correct URL on the BBB website..and found plenty of info..

The company/owner is involved in all kinds of teeth whitening scams and acia berries you name it..
The web address is used it seems by NutrimaxLabs inc, and XMBrands..both F rating of course..
http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/unable-to-classify/nutrimax-labs-in-hollywood-fl-90010064

http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/health-and-medical-products-scientifically-unproven/xmbrands-in-miami-gardens-fl-92013738

Just a taste of what I found in seconds..use this info by sending copies to the bank of the account you used to pay, and see if they will reverse the charges (charge back), this info can be used to convince the bank you were defrauded.
