BRILLIANT DIGITAL ENT. INC BDE, Inc - Kazaa Music 1-888-296-8079 Fraudulent Billing Sherman Oaks, California

AT&T bill received end of Aug (2009) with unknown charge of $21.35 authorized by Brilliant Digital Ent., Inc.  I have never heard of this company, nor do I download music.  I called AT&T and after speaking with two of their representatives was referred to Brilliant Digital themselves.  They claim that Bill Ramsay used my identification, including my phone number, to sign up for their service.  Even though Bill's address was also given, no person or address can be located. Brilliant Digital is to credit my account $21.35, but said it could take 2-3 months before I see that credit.  Because of my concern with identify theft, I made a report with the local sheriff's office, which will be turned over to the prosecuting attorney.
