I got a modem from broadband offers after they advertised about rebates. I mailed in the rebate forms one for 20$ and one for 68$ following their instructions. They charged me for shipping of $12.

I havent received the rebates after caling multiple times. They always say they will escalate the issue to their supervisor but no result. It has been over 22 weeks since I mailed the rebate forms. They confirmed they have received my rebate forms but no one tells me whn I would get my money back. Its frustrating. Seems like a big time fraud.
