Broadstar has scheduled us on three separate occasions to have internet service installed. All three times we traveled a very long distance on the same promise the service this time would be installed? The day before they always call and say they can not connect us because they are doing wiring in the area. We have asked and no one has ever seen anyone from Broadstar in our area. Wonder why they are such a dishonest company???
