I decided to cancel my lease agreement early with this company They held my final settlement hostage also made extra deductions so that their payout would be less to me By doubling the early cancellation fee and added others so a $4000 check became $260 I wasnt paid for excessive wait time at customers facilities Etc. Within the 3 weeks of dealing with this terrible transportation company they were audited twice to my knowledge. That's a bad sign itself.

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Friday, June 16, 2017

Lies lies lies is all im going to say. Broker brothers is putting extras on every rebuttal I was never reimbursed for any permit fees regarding New Mexico The cash advances total is completely incorrect that driver needed some pocket cash for food so $2000.00 is false. All in all Brokers Brothers is a piece of Crap DOWN FROM THE OWNERSHIP TO THE BRANCH MANAGERS INCLUDING THE DISPATCHERS. LIERS!

RESPONSE TO MISTAPASHUN LLC - RYAN EAVES

AUTHOR: Frank - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, June 15, 2017

Dear Mr. Eaves,

You are correct in regards to Strong Rotations. There was another driver who's truck was in the shop for 3 months and we continued to pay all expenses, and his owner's name was Ryan as well. This is what we do for our drivers. Unfortunatley, the truck was horrible and always broke down, but the driver was great.

I had to do a little digging and pulled up some old emails to identlify exaclty who was writing this negative review about us. I am the first to take ownership when we do something wrong and we always strive to do our very best in every situation. As a matter of fact, your driver Kevin Searl was a great driver and we never had any problems with him. Rahim on the other hand, ended up taking nearly $2,000 in cash advances and left our company. This was not your fault by any means, but he just happened to be one of your drivers.

In regards to the cancellation of your contract, it was not due to anything on our part. As a matter of fact, the below email clearly states why you pulled your drivers.

RYAN'S EMAIL

"Good evening, long story short 4 months ago I knew dedicated lanes would open up over here where I'm personally leased too,  although it wasn't supposed to happen till March I have been asked Today to provide another tractor sooner. (MON)

Therefore Kevin will not be available any longer for dispatches.. as of today WED Jan 18th 2017. "

MY RESPONSE:

"Mr. Eaves,

Thank you for the notification and we will start the exit process; however, we require a 10 day notice per our contractual agreement. Our organization has projected revenue with each driver and expected Mr. Searle to continue working with Broker Brothers. That being the case, he must finish out his 10 days which will end on Friday Jan 27, 2017."

In this case your driver never finished out the required 10 day of advance notice and a penatly was imposed accordingly. There was no surprises or lies because we made sure everything was explained very clearly in both our emails, conversations, and contracts.

We did send your driver through New Mexico and we did pay for the permit every and any time he went through. I don't see anything wrong with conducting business in this manner as long as everything is taken care of and the driver delivers his load on time.

One last thing...Broker Brothers Intermodal did have an audit (ONLY 1 AUDIT) and we have since hired a compliance team to ensure we are 100% compliant.

I wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors.

Strong relations???

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Friday, June 02, 2017

I don't know who Strong Relations is, Evidently it's another owner operators company that had bad dealings were broker brother. This is just another clear example of how incompetent they are at Broker bros. Posting a rebuttal referencing the wrong company. The day I decided to pull my units I ran into former contractor that was there trying to collect money that was Owed to him as well. If you think about contracting over there I advise you to STAY AWAY and keep your sanity Another example read below this happened Jan 2017 They didn't have proper permits to travel through the state of New Mexico and knowingly sent my driver to Nevada Who was stopped over On both trips because broker brothers is flagged. So my driver had to pay the fine that we never got Reimbursed for. I'd know is my equipment is never broken-down and he must be re referencing the Owner of strong relations And their equipment.I never heard of a company being audited twice in the same year. Evidently the 1st audit didn't go so well .

Statement of Facts - Strong Rotations, LLC

AUTHOR: Frank - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, June 02, 2017

Hello,

The statment presented by Mr. Ryan is entirely incorrect and should be addressed immediatly. It's people like Ryan (Owner of Strong Rotations, LLC) who try to post negative reports on companies who actually strive to do the right thing. Anyways, just to clear the air, Ryan's trucks were constantly breaking down causing the company more money because his drivers were still on our insurance, using our trailers, our plates, and still had outstanding fuel balances. I am an easy going person; however, you cant expect to not pay your expenses, right? As a matter of fact, we still paid Ryan even with one of his trucks down, having a rolling balance, and over $600 in fuel owed to the company. We always give each person at Broker Brothers the benefit of the doubt until given a reason not to.

Anyways, this posting should be removed immediatly and Strong Rotations should really consider before posting about Broker Brothers or any other trucking company.

Here is the last settlement that Strong Rotations owes Broker Brothers (and still does) and we didn't post a negative review on them. This is to clear the air.

BRIAN DARTHARD - EMPLOYEE OF STRONG ROTATIONS, LLC.
BRIAN DARTHARD 68216 1/19/2017 INSURANCE -276 Pay Schedule
BRIAN DARTHARD 68216 1/19/2017 TRAILER RENTAL -143 Pay Schedule
Brian Darthard (77.5) 68216 1/19/2017 Linehaul pay (total mileage) -32.08 Load #11401
Brian Darthard (77.5) 68216 1/19/2017 Percentage of gross load income 1472.5 Load #11401
INCOME: 1021.42
FUEL: -580.58
CARRY OVER DEBT: -1995.01
1/24/17-1/30/17 FUEL: -78.67
PAYCHECK: -1632.84

As you can see, this driver did one load for an entire week. He owed almost $600 in fuel and had a carry over balance of almost $1k because his truck was in the shop for nearly 2 months.

PS...if you are in the trucking business for any period of time, expect to be audited.

Thank you,

Frank
