I accepted an offer of a free sample of a probiotic called "Bromalite". I received this and shortly thereafter received an additional shipment which I refused to accept. When I received my credit card bill there were two charges of $69.95 each pn it. When I called them they claim that was a notice at the bottom of their web ad saying that the order must be cancelled within 14 days or they will ship the product once a month. Either this was so small that I overlooked it or I just didn't notice it. In any event, I was charged twice in Dec. and again in Jan. even though no shipment was made.

After calling to protest, they agreed to credit me for one charge but not for the other two. Mastercard tells me that they can do nothing about. Incidentally, I subsequently found that the product can be obtained in any health food store at approximately 1/3 the price they charge.
