Bromalite Scam Lewes Delaware

I found the product Bromalite and Acai Berry on my facebook.com page. They said that for a 30 day trial, you pay only shipping and handling of $4 and something (can't remember). A few days later I noticed a $69.95 charge on my debit card. I attempted to call the company through their 866#, but after several days and multiple tries, found that noone ANSWERS THE PHONE. They keep you on hold for over 6 minutes and then give you the option to leave a message. Sometimes when you call, you are on hold for over 2 minutes and the line disconnects. Other times you call and the recording says, "All circuits are busy - please try your call again later". I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau of Delaware and would encourage anyone else with this experience to do the same - their phone number is (302) 230-0108 and fax number is (302) 221-5255. They require a written complaint and you have the option to either fax it or mail it. In your complaint, include the name of the company (Bromalite, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958) and your information.
