To get around the 40,000 a year limit for ADAP eligibility, for years, Christopher Frank has been working two jobs and only reporting one job to the Fort Lauderdale Broward County Department of Health.
He has been working full time at Bubb Gumps in Fort Lauderdale and only one day a week at Smoky Bones. For years he has been getting away with fraud when he could have just paid for health insurance.
Because of people like Chris Frank that deserving people have been put on the waiting list and denied medicine that they need to save their life.
The fraudulent behavior of Chris Frank is assisting to kill people that actually need the ADAP service in Broward County to survive.
