| May-14 | Contacted BFS 866) 237-8900 Houston. Scheduler told me it would be two weeks because Houston was not in critical heat month |
| Jun-14 | Contacted BFS Houston and was told to call a service technician to replace freon until they could make it out to look at my AC. |
| Jun-14 | AC MX inspected AC and found several leaks. Unit totally frozen. |
| Jul-14 | BFS local Manager informed me he would not be servicing my AC because my warranty was recently expired. Local Manager told me that if I bought a new warranty he would fix my AC. Contract was not expired when I called in the issue. Local Manager claimed I never reported it. Local scheduler confirmed May call in. |
| Jul-14 | Regional Manager forced local manager to fix my AC. |
| Aug-14 | Local Manager claims he will not fix AC because its out of warranty. Claims I violated contract when I had AC serviced. |
| Aug-14 | Regional Manager forced local manager to fix my AC. |
| Sep-14 | BFS Mx replaces coil but will not fix anything else. Even though its obviously leaking other places. Local Manager basically says to bad to sad. |
| Oct-14 | Local Manager claims AC is out of warranty. Claims I want something for free. |
| Oct-14 | Regional Manager refuses to fix my AC |
| Oct-14 | AC still broke and I have left messages with Crockett Herd President of BFS |
| Nov-14 | BFS claims Crockett Herd will be calling me |
| Nov-14 | AC still broke for 7 months |
