SEG Bruce Jeter offered me a job and stole the money he claimed was for licensing and permits, among other things New York Nationwide

Bruce and I were friends.  He knew that I was interested in leaving my job so he introduced me to an opportunity to work with him and eventually, when I showed interest, he asked me for information to begin filing the application with Caesars casino.  As time progressed, he started asking for money to file the application, obtain permits and stated that he would return the money once the deal was solidified.

As time went on, he continued to update me on the status of the applications and even gave updates on other members of the 'team' he was assembling.  He also told me that his and other investors' money was tied up into the deal and since I had been in his presence during times when he was on the phone with these other 'investors', I did not believe there was a scam unfolding.

Early this year, Bruce told me that the deal was no longer on the table and that he would return my money.  After weeks of asking, he advised that 'we' would need to pay to get the money back.  Again, we maintained constant contact so I was not thinking anything was wrong.  

After a few months of not having the money, me asking questions, he changed his phone number.  I was able to get his new number and called a few times and emailed him, but he has not responded.

A friend introduced me to ripoff report and I found a few similar stories to mine so I would like to speak with anyone else who has been ripped off by this man.
